Toward Building Better Partnerships for Creating a Sustainable Society with the Momentum of Rio+20
In this symposium, experts from government, international organizations, academia, NGOs and business discussed challenges and critical issues related to building better partnerships for creating sustainable society, and examined what actions have to be taken for realizing a sustainable society. They focused in particular on how to utilize Japan’s experience of reconstructing after the Great East Japan Earthquake to build a sustainable society.
